How I pay for Three Koalas Yarra Valley Private Wine Tour?
Forget about full upfront pre-payment!
DEPOSIT: Book the Three Koalas Yarra Valley Winery Tour of your choice and secure a preferred date for your PRIVATE group with a small security deposit that goes towards the total tour cost:
– For groups of up to 11 people – $200
– For groups of 12 + people – $300
– For groups of 22 + people – $500
BALANCE: The balance payment is due:
– For groups of up to 11 people – 7 full days before the tour date
– For groups of 12 + people – 14 full days before the tour date
– For groups of 22 + people – 21 full days before the tour date
EXCLUSION: Tours booked less than 7 days before the tour date:

If the booking is made 7 full days or less before the tour commencement date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted Forms of Payments:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard or American Express
- PayPal

Three Koalas Wine Tours cancellation and date change policy
The following cancellation and date change policy applies to all Yarra Valley wine tour bookings:
Cancellation fees
If you cancel your tour, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 14 days or more before the tour date
Full refund. - 13 to 8 days before the tour date
50% cancellation fee. - Within the final 7 days before the tour date
100% cancellation fee.
For groups of 12 or more people, the following extended cancellation periods apply:
- 21 days or more before the tour date
Full refund. - 20 to 15 days before the tour date
50% cancellation fee. - Within the final 14 days before the tour date
100% cancellation fee.
Third-party fees
Any fees already paid by us on your behalf to third parties, including wineries, restaurants, attractions, ticket providers, or other suppliers, are not refundable.
Balance payment
The balance payment must be received by the due date and time advised in your booking confirmation or payment reminder.
Failure to pay the tour balance by the required deadline is treated as a cancellation by the customer, and the cancellation fees above will apply.
If the balance payment is not received on time, Three Koalas Wine Tours may cancel the tour booking and any associated winery, restaurant, attraction, or supplier bookings.
Group numbers and final balance
The final number of people in your group, and the balance payable for that number, are locked in on the balance due date.
If the group size changes after the balance due date, the price per person may change based on the new confirmed group size.
Date changes
One change of tour date is allowed free of charge, provided that:
- the new requested date is available in our touring calendar; and
- we have not already paid any non-refundable third-party fees for the original date.
If any third-party fees have already been paid on your behalf for the original date, those fees will be charged to you and cannot be refunded.
